Deposit & Cancellation Policy

$50 deposit is required at the time of booking for any service(s) totaling $100 or more. $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for any service(s) totaling $200 or more. Your appointment is very important to the Michael Anthony Hair Lounge team and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request you provide notice of cancellation or changes by the close of the business day before your service. Failure to provide the requisite notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. We look forward to servicing you and thank you for your courtesy and patronage.
